La cabane au fond du jardin

THE CABANE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GARDEN is in the garden of 2000 m2 which is fenced and closed by an electric gate.

We live on site in our house.

Fully equipped, a real little cocoon of 15m2 all in wood, ideal for a couple. Everything is new.

Inside: 140 bed, shower room with wc, kitchenette with microwave oven, electric hob filter and piston coffee maker, kettle, top fridge with freezer, mobile reversible air conditioner, TV with tnt, mosquito nets, table low trundle with 2 fireside chairs in the living room.

Bed linen and towels provided, the bed made on arrival.

Outside : terrace with a plancha/electric grill, 2 chairs and 1 table.

Our animal friends are not accepted because our darlings are already there... thank you for your understanding.

At the end of the subdivision in a quiet and wooded place, you will be not far from Porto Vecchio, being able to get there in just 10 minutes.

Ideally located between land and sea you will radiate throughout South Corsica.

You can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in about 20 minutes (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, St Cyprien, Pinarello...), reach the Ospedale in about twenty minutes as well, 5 minutes from the megalithic site of Arraghjo, 45 minutes from Figari and Bonifacio.

You will be able to enjoy multiple hikes, activities, leisure activities in rivers and at sea without having to travel too much...

- Linen and welcome products included: towels (2/person), sheets, shower mat, 1 tea towel, toilet paper, shower shampoo and coffee pod for your arrival.

- Cleaning products provided: to fight against covid, please make the accommodation clean.

Possibility to rent our 5.70m semi-rigid boat with 100CV engine.

207 cabriolet and Dacia Duster vehicle rental also possible.

October to May: 2 nights minimum

June and September: 3 nights minimum

July and August: 4 nights minimum

10% discount on a minimum stay of 7 nights

Low season: October 1 to April 30: €70/night

Mid season: 1 May to 30 June/September: 90€/night

High season: July and August: 110€/night

Accommodation conditions:

Arrival time between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Departure time before 11 a.m.

A deposit of 350€ is requested before arrival, this deposit is not cashed.

Terms of cancelation :

- Full refund up to 30 days before the start of the stay.

- If the reservation was made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours and at least 14 days before.

- Reimbursement of 50% of the amount of the stay if canceled between 8 days and 30 days before arrival.

- No refund if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival.

- Tourist tax: €0.88/day/person.

- Final cleaning costs 15 €uros.
